Adherent fee is 15 euros per family with 5 euros for siblings. This includes administrative costs and a new SceneYouth Academy T-shirt.

2nd November 2026 - 18th December 2026 (Christmas Party 19th December 2026!)
(Wednesday 11th November is a Jour Ferie - there will be no class)
Term 2:
4th January 2027 - 19th February 2027
8th March 2027 - 16th April 2027
(Monday 29th March is a Jour Ferie - there will be no class)
Term 3:
3rd May 2027 - 2nd July 2027
(Monday 17th May is a Jour Ferie - there will be no class)

Special conditions
All payments are non-refundable
In the event of teacher illness a solution will always be sought for cover. If this is not possible and a session is cancelled a catch-up session will be offered during the year.
We reserve the right to cancel a session or class without refund in exceptional circumstances outside our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, bereavement. In these circumstances we will endeavour to offer an alternative class or session.
SceneYouth Academy teachers are safeguarding and first aid trained. In the event of an emergency the emergency contacts on this form will be contacted.
SceneYouth Academy does not accept liability for injury to any child attending any SceneYouth Academy activity unless caused by the negligence of SceneYouth Academy staff.
SceneYouth Academy does not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to, personal property unless such loss or damage shall be caused by the negligence of SceneYouth Academy staff.
In the event of any concerns regarding behaviour parents and carers will be contacted and to discuss.

Theatre is an inclusive activity. This means at times we may think it is appropriate to move a child into a different age group to suit their maturity and skills. This will first be discussed with families.
In term 3 we work towards a show. Theatre is a team activity and we do ask everyone to commit to the show from the start of term 3 to enable us to give everyone the best experience possible.
The dates below are compulsory for attendance:
- 19th and 20th June - Dress Rehearsal at SceneYouth Academy Studios.
- 25th June - SceneYouth Company Summer Show
- 26th June - Dress rehearsals for Junior and Seniors
- 27th June - Performance Day for Juniors and Seniors
Our seniors are asked not to film or take pictures during class. Mobile phones are to be switched off and put away during class.
We are nut free activity as we have children and teachers with allergies. Please do not pack nuts in to your child's snack.
